Why use Touchstone instead of going direct to the lender?

Because of their complex nature, most complex loan products are not available directly to intermediaries. Providers tend to appoint authorised specialist distributors. Using an established specialist distributor such as Touchstone means you get access to the whole range of loan deals.

How do we keep track of a client’s loan application?

Part of our service is to keep you updated on how your client’s application is progressing throughout the different stages of the process. That said, we are only a phone call away.

We also have a Touchstone Portal where you can add new enquiries as well as check progress on any enquiries you have put to Touchstone. However please note that only confirmed leads will be added by Touchstone to our CRM and these will in turn show on the portal.
