Our approach to GDPR
One of the biggest changes to UK privacy law comes into effect on the 25th May.
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will affect the way all industries and organisations look after their customers personal data. It is a positive step towards you having more control over how your data is used and how you are contacted. We have updated our Data Protection Policy to reflect the changes which you can find HERE.
One of the key requirements is to provide customers with a privacy notice containing information about how we use your personal data.
The basis upon which Touchstone Corporate will deal with your personal data.
When we speak to you about your Mortgage/Secured Loan/Commercial Mortgage/Insurance requirements we do so on the basis that both parties are entering a contract for the supply of services. To perform that contract and to arrange products you require, we have the right to use your personal data therefore a signed Privacy Notice will be forwarded to you for you to sign and return back to Touchstone.
Touchstone Corporate Limited may contact you about products or services offered by it by electronic mail, telephone, SMS text messaging and any other online or interactive media. If at any time you don’t wish to receive such communications or wish us to stop sending us such communications then please email us at sales@touchstonecommercial.co.uk
